Sleep:  0330–1125, minus 1 hr or so (7 hrs)

Activities:
1130–1400: Breakfast, getting ready
1400–2200: Work
2200–0200 Dinner and such
0200–0430 Restless in bed

Food:
Olives, ½ avocado, yogurt and berries
Chicken sandwich
2 cookies, ½ avocado, remaining salmon, salad  (lettuce, arugula, red and green pepper)
Egg cheese and bacon on a bagel, lemon wafers
