Activities:
1100–1300 Teeth, helping Janine, preparing espresso, getting ready to go
1300–1800 Work
1800–1900 Exercise:  20/20 walking lunges; 30+30+30s planks; 10+...+3 = 52 burpees; 30 crunches; 20 wide pushups; 20 legs up crunches; 20 star pushups; 20/20 side crunches; 2x15s sprints; 7+5+2/2 pullups
1900–2300 Noah’s birthday
2300–0300 Time with Carolyn
0300–0330 Getting ready for bed

Food:
Morning: Espresso and berries
Afternoon: Some mixed nuts, a few pieces of broccoli, seltzer water
Evening: Scotch and a beer, a variety of weeds, guacamole, berries, a bite of brownie, bites of green and red pepper
(Wow.  I didn’t really eat a whole lot.)
