Activities:
1030–1040: Internettery
1040–1100: Bathroom
1100–?: Talking with Hana while making and eating breakfast
?–0230: An unbelievably beautiful day.

Food:
Breakfast @ 1100:  Yogurt and berries, salmon, red and green pepper, tomato, espresso
Snack @ 1700:  Lamb sandwich
Dinner @ 2000:  Brussels sprouts, 2 pieces of pizza, glass of wine
Snack @ 0000:  2 beers and a Jameson — Absolutely no desire to eat more food.  How interesting.
