- Incidentally, when I was out, the idea surfaced to get breakfast at Flor de Broadway. I let myself weigh it, and found I was uninterested in the possibility. I’m sure that was because I have so much food already made at home. It’s nice to have a fridge full of food!

Breakfast (at 1230h!):
- 1 bacon, 2 eggs with brie
- berries
- espresso
- a few almonds
- a few more almonds (2–3 per time)
Lunch:
- Salmon salad
- A big piece of salmon over a large salad was $9. I’ve paid more than that at my local market for salmon alone! So perhaps I have to find some better prices for seafood.
- Coffee
Snack:
- Almonds
- Brie on celery
Dinner:
- Leftover steak
- Chicken leg
- Salad (spinach, basil, orange pepper, green pepper, red onion, cucumber, walnut oil)
Dessert:
- 1 spoon yogurt, about 15 berries, ½ square chocolate
- 1 spoon yogurt, about 10 almonds, 1 square chocolate
- More chocolate: ½ square, then 1 square
- One more square, and away it goes!

- I’m quite hungry for some reason!
