Done:
  • Slept from 0115 til 0700, and 0720 til 0950 (~8 hrs)
  • Shopping
  • Called Spierman
  • Brunch over TV
  • Butterfly, Falstaff, Figaro recit
  • Tutoring
    • Great start with Morgan!  Keep it strong!
  • Exercise:  20/20 walking lunges; 30+30+30 hand-feet planks; 10 burpees; 6x10s sprints; 20 crunches; 20 squats (1 jump per 5); 20 crunches legs up; 25 calf raises; 20/20 side crunches; 6+5+2/2 pullups
    • I want to save a little something for after evening tutoring (didn’t do any), and for Thursday — it's been a week and a half since I've done any anerobic exercise!
  • Linner — I am deliciously wiped out!
  • Great chat with Dad about truth and narratives
  • Calder tutoring
  • Bus home
  • Snack
  • TV and scattered piano playing

Snack before brunch:
  • 2 pieces of lettuce
  • 2 olives
  • 2 blackberries
Brunch:
  • half of a 3 egg omelet with mozzarella, tomato, and mushroom
  • 5 blackberries, 5 raspberries, 9 blueberries
  • 1 celery stick
  • Espresso
Linner:
  • Tuna fish, tomato, lettuce
  • Fruit salad
  • Coffee
Snack:
  • Rest of omelet, half avocado
  • Arugula, celery, lettuce
  • Prosecco
After-snack:
  • Mozzarella
  • Olives
  • Lettuce
  • 1 beer
  • Cashews
After-after-snack:
  • Mozzarella
  • Chicken sandwich
    • I’m so hungry!
