Notes for the day:

I’ve definitely let myself go over the last few days with respect to food and alcohol.  Of course, I know exactly why this is:  it’s an easy way to feel comfort in this time of change.  But that’s just a constructed narrative for what’s going on these days!  It’s time to let the reflectiveness of the blog start to seep into my consciousness.

I dreamed about bell peppers last night!  I think that means something.

What could my food schedule look like today, since unfortunately I’m not yet cooking?  (That and laundry will definitely get resolved over the weekend.)  I think it would be good to have some celery and a bell pepper.  I’ll have to carry the bag of celery around with me, but that’s fine.

I’ll do nuts at Dean & Deluca instead of meat today.  And of course a coffee and coconut water.  A minimal day, but it should be fine.

I’m interested to see the results of mapping out my food for the day.  Most of my days leave me enough time to prepare my own food, but some don’t, and that can really throw me off.  If it’s possible to plan out those days, that might be a good solution!

Sleep:  ~6.5 hrs

Activities:
A full day of work and rehearsal, so maybe I should just log the other stuff I do
  • cleaning up roaches
  • blogging
  • learned barbershop
  • asked for a girl’s number


Food:

nuts

chicken quesadilla
two beers
