Sleep:  ~0400–1030 = ~6.5 hrs (too bad)

Two eggs and Jarlsberg — this is a habit I don’t want to break!

Dark kitkat
Twiglets
Caprese salad
Chili

1 beer

Small piece of chocolate
Bit of whiskey
