Notes for the day:  I don't think I'll need a lot of food today.  I've been pretty full lately.  Also, I think it's pretty crucial to combat spurious hunger (especially drinking hunger) with water.  It seems to trigger the full feeling.

I did eat a lot of food today!  This was somehow borne out of nervousness and tiredness.


Sleep:  ~8 hrs

Food:
Coconut water

Green curry with shrimp and rice
Soup
2 shrimp dumplings

Seafood soup
A bit of chicken, veg, and potato
1 beer
1 wine

Peanut butter chocolate bar

1 whiskey
