Sleep:  0145–0830, though interrupted  (~6 hrs)
This should be the last day this week (and then for awhile!) I’ll need to sacrifice sleep.

Activities:
0830–0850 Toiletries, buying coffee and the paper
0850–1030 Studying
1030–1400 Great coaching
1400–1600 Tutoring
1600–1800 Exercise in the park (burpees, sprints, planks, pullups)
1800–1900 Playing for lesson
1900–2115 Homecoming, hanging with Carolyn
2115–0100 Hanging with Janine, getting ready for bed


Food:
Seltzer, watermelon, almonds
Berries and yogurt
Broccoli, chips, 2 tacos
