Done:
  • Up at 0530h
  • Internet:  emailing Justin, reading Apurva’s discipline diary
  • Back to bed at 0630h-ish
  • Up at 0830h
    • It took me a long time to fall asleep, and I woke up exhausted again.  So that cold is probably rattling around, trying to come out.  Oh well for it.  :)
  • Internet:  re-reading what Apurva wrote about the teacher/school problem
  • Internet:  Happy Birthday to Aubrey!
  • Internet:  Emailing Apurva and Jen
    • Incidentally, I decided to log all my Internet time in detail, including  “work”  emails.  That shouldn’t be construed as a negative judgement of that time spent.  In fact, recall that negative or positive judgement of any of my behavior has become largely irrelevant!  I am logging it simply so I know how my time on the Internet is being spent.  If there is a part of me that wants to spend less time on the Internet, or less time on certain Internet activites, this awareness should allow that desire to arise and manifest in a natural way.
  • Breakfast and  Così
  • Tutoring
  • Exercise:  10+10 walking lunges; 10 burpees; 6 x 5s sprints; 10+10 walking lunges; 9 burpees; 5 x 5s sprints; pull-ups supersets 4/3/2+4
  • Walking, chatting with Apurva
  • Dinner and TV
  • Snack and  Così

  • Studied  Così
    • I still have more music to study in this, but I got the translation done and sang through the lines.  I feel I’m just not doing this very efficiently!  Oh well, keep at it.  :)  Also, I’m sure that my mind is not totally focussed, given the big day I had today.  (That doesn’t bode well for tomorrow or Monday either, unfortunately.)
  • Crunches (20+15+40 halves)
  • Shower and teeth
  • Bed with puzzles

Breakfast:
  • Sausage and 2 eggs with brie
  • Blueberries and almonds
  • Espresso
Lunch:
  • 1 scoop chicken salad, 1 scoop tuna salad
  • Yogurt with little orange
  • Kiwi
  • Coffee
Snack:
  • Almonds
Dinner:
  • Chicken leg and thigh
  • Salad  (spinach, basil, orange and green pepper, red and green onion, broccoli, cucumber, white asparagus, tomato)
  • 3 almonds
Snack:
  • Final almonds and cheese
    • I’m so glad I didn’t go out for wine... I can barely stay awake!
