Done:
  • Slept from 0230 til 0930 (7 hrs)
  • Paid massive credit card bill
    • Maybe  ‘massive’  is an exaggeration, but it’s true that I’ve definitely been unrestrained lately in spending money on music, food, travel, and so forth.  Part of that has to do with my trip to Jamie’s graduation, but it can’t all be explained that way!
  • Breakfast and Mythbusters
  • Studying  Falstaff
  • Tutoring
  • Lunch
  • Playing for lesson
  • Preparing dinner
  • Playing Mahler
  • TV and Sudoku
  • Exercise:  15 minutes of intense, heart-rate elevating exercise, consisting of endless push-ups, crunches in various positions, calf raises, squats, jumping, planks, walking lunges
    • This feels good!  When my heart rate slows down, I’ll take a cold shower.  I think when I exercise at home, this is the way I’d like to do it:  A certain number of minutes of random intense activity.  (I’d do burpees and more jumping if my roommate weren’t in bed!)
  • Shower and teeth
  • Write up thoughts on desires interface
    • Wow, that ended up taking a long time!
  • Bed

Breakfast:
  • Espresso
  • 2 eggs and avocado
  • Olives
  • Berries and yogurt
  • Red and green pepper
Lunch:
  • Dumplings
  • Soup with shrimp
  • Almonds
  • Coffee
Dinner:
  • Broccoli, olives, bite of mango
  • Salad  (salmon, arugula, celery, mushrooms, broccoli stem, red and green pepper)
  • A few bites of yogurt
Snack:
  • A bit more yogurt
  • A floret of cauliflower
