Done:
  • Up at 0800h  (ugh)
  • Internet:  checked OkCupid as I closed the window
  • Schedule checking, shower and shave
  • Tutoring  (avoided banana temptation!)
  • Back for breakfast
  • More tutoring
  • Shopping!  (It would have been so easy to go out for lunch!)
  • Cooking salmon and chicken
  • Coaching
  • Looking at some  Falstaff  and other scenes
  • Tutoring
  • A nice walk home
  • Internet:  Pinging Emilie
  • Dinner
  • Working on the coin problem, emailing Tom
  • Internet:  Ebert for movie reviews  (nothing looks great... maybe  Bill Cunningham New York ?)
  • A little looking up of tickets
  • TV
  • Internet:  Chatting with Jamie, OkCupid check, Facebook
  • Teeth, exercise, sudoku, bed

Breakfast:
  • Yogurt and berries
  • 1 fried egg
Lunch:
  • Salad  (lettuce, celery, green onion, tomato, red pepper, broccoli, mushrooms, lemon juice, olive oil, salmon!! — thanks A!)
  • Espresso
Snack:
  • 3 squares of chocolate
  • 2 small apples
Dinner:
  • 2 small chicken legs — I really outdid myself this time, and yet it’s so simple
  • Salad  (lettuce, celery, green onion, tomato, broccoli, asparagus, vinegar)
Dessert:
  • Yogurt and berries, 2 squares chocolate
  • 1 splashes Black Label  (splashes will be a better measure than fingers — this way I can really savor)
  • 2 more splashes + 1 more square
